DMP Tunes probably holds the record for the number of reviews in this blog for one artist!

But he does keep delivering big epic floor fillas like The Joker.

Huge loud production, tidal waves of Trance-oriented synths, pulsating machine gun beats and a soulful female vocal to boot, this has everything including the kitchen sink thrown in, even switching between 4/4 and 6/8 time without losing its thread.

It jumps out of the speakers at me and suddenly my office resembles a massive Mediterranean club! You just can’t hide from dance music as good as this.

"Yeah Yeah I know. Another month, another track review for DMP Tunes.

Well look, he keeps on dropping great tracks so what is a blogger to do?!

This is the night is another from his Xanadu album and it has all the elements I love about DMP Tunes.

High tempo beat, big reverberant Trance-oriented synths, a cheerful avalanche of sound that comes in waves, long drum fills occasional sirens, and vocals that come in midway into the track to add some extra meat to the bone.

It bristles with energy and conjures up images of packed dancefloors in gigantic Mediterranean superclubs.

A summer floor filla just waiting for the green light."

Excess Magazine - DMP Tunes 'Searching For Serenity' is the Englishman lighting a fireworks display of electronic music.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yONvxWEMW-g

The English producer and musician DMP Tunes presents his latest work in electronic music under the overall name Searching For Serenity. Currently still as a playlist in the composition of various single releases, a holistic release is due soon, whereby the focus should now be on the individual songs.

But who is behind DMP Tunes, the English producer, composer and sound designer got in touch with music at a young age when he started playing various brass instruments.

At the age of 15 he learned to play the piano, synthesizer and organs and then at the age of 16 he owned his first digital synthesizer: the Yamaha HX-1. T

his made a whole world of musical sound diversity accessible to DMP Tunes.

In the following year DMP played mini-concerts at various charity events and supported some artists in the process.

When he was 17, he soon published his first holistic work, which DMP sold at concerts.

Today the artist's discography has five albums, with Searching For Serenity likely to be his sixth.

Currently, several singles have already been pre-released, with number 8 We Are Triumphant and number 9 The New Breed soon to see the light of day.

With the Mr. President embedded above this text block, you can already see what a musical genius DMP Tunes is.

The stylistic fusion of house, trance and classic electro not only comes out of the speakers with a compositionally catchy and danceable flair, but is also characterized by the spherical to mystical sound design with which DMP is experimenting on this number.

The sound from DMP Tunes is perfect for the club, but also for private listening sessions,

which combines danceable beats with rhythmic patterns of the synthesizers and at the same time gives a danceable track directly with this number in up-tempo, which takes the listener to immerse themselves in a world of sound art of their own.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EKWKUEsx8XM

Electroheads and club lovers are sure to appreciate the musical creation of DMP Tunes.

Songs like The Joker, with their strong dance and trance character, are a melodic spectacle that can convince with its lead melody alone and has a strongly trance-influenced character, in which the synthesizers in the lead area of the song are initially of the harder kind, up to then the mood of the title swings abruptly and, accompanied by loving piano sounds, a beautiful, female voice adorns the arrangement of The Joker, before DMP Tunes swings again and lets the party rise.

With a complexity in the arrangements, the DMP displays this, he skillfully changes the arrangement and offers a certain variation.

His music is not only suitable for the club, where it would surely be a guarantee for a great night of partying, but also for the car trip, the home stereo system or, if you like it in private, also for the headphones on your ears.

Especially in the current situation with Covid-19, DMP Tunes brings the club feeling into the living room at home and not only the danceable beats or the great compositions from his pen are responsible for this, but also the sound design, which is not dissimilar from title to title , but by and large represent a manifestation of versatility.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dPCN6kKz15k

This is also noticeable with I Feel Alive, which, as clichéd as it may sound, radiates pure joie de vivre.

Initially characterized by moderate drums, the arrangement is emphasized by piano sequences and accompanied by mystical to magical spherical synthesizers, until the whole thing is then characterized in a veritable firework of artistic ambition.

DMP is like a lot of people who combine the various elements of dance, trance and house in his sound and he does this again with I Feel Alive, with musical ability and talent.

The diversity mentioned earlier is what defines the sound of DMP makes interesting.

There are certainly many representatives of his genre, and most of them have their justification,

but it is the mixture of compositional skills in combination with a skill in sound design that makes DMP Tunes stand out.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0-6o8oXa66c

House Of God is another example of the diversity of the musical cosmos presented by DMP.

Brisk and (on the dance floor) sweaty drum beats are the foundation for a soundtrack that comes out of the speakers in a minimalist manner and enhances it with a wealth of different sound impressions.

Of course, the lead synthesizers, which are underlaid with powerful attack and resonance and fill the house of God with ethnic chants, are not missing either.

They do this again in the company of the compositional masterpiece of the DMP.

This keeps the flow of the arrangement as with the previous tracks on House Of God in front.

Lead synthesizers from the trance adorn the arrangement during the course of the title and alternate with loving sound aesthetics in the lead area of this title.

Conclusion 10 out of 10:

Friends of sophisticated trance, house and electro music can definitely look forward to Searching For Serenity by DMP Tunes.

Yes I know. Barely a month goes by without a review of a track by DMP Tunes.

Well that is because he is so prolific and this month his futuristic sounding Techno tune Worlds Collide brings big octave synth riffs and buzzes, occasional spoken word drama, a consistent beat for the most part, staccato riffs and simple melodies.

Once again it has the energy, power and attitude you need from a true floor filla!

"Yes I know it seems like DMP Tunes is reviewed every month but he keeps on coming up with top tunes like Reality.

More galloping Euro-House synth figures and driving Trance chords and beat interspersed with dreamy, resonant female vocal and those syncopated keyboard chords.

This is such a massive floor filla that is crying out to be starting fires across Ibiza and all its satellite club co-capitals this summer".

The music producer DMP Tunes from England delivers with Xanadu his fourth album to the electroheads & trance fans!

After he has decoupled all the singles from Xanadu and released them for presentation on streaming services, he is now releasing the entire collection.

As a result of the first lockdown, DMP Tunes began working on this opus in April 2020, which is made for the club scene and brings the feeling of such a club into the living room directly into your home.

What the artist achieved on his first single, which couldn't be more aptly named, under the name Lockdown, is trance-heavy and danceable electro that lives through an appealing and appropriate sound design and also comes out of the speakers with a purposeful composition.

This also applies to the mighty dance floor flowing Rise Again, which can come up with trance-heavy lead synthesizers and rhythmic basses, as well as some effective ones. So it is not surprising that DMP Tunes has already concluded partnership deals with 5 out of 9 titles with different labels around the world.

The danceable soundtracks work both for pure enjoyment and for partying, so that one can certainly hope for the end of the lockdowns!

Because DMP Tunes brings the nightclub straight to your home!

At the age of 15 DMP began to learn the piano and thus also the keyboard on a professional level.

In a fusion of big room, trance and electronic dance music, he unleashes a cross between old-school euro trance sounds and futuristic synthesizer sounds on the dance-mad electro heads.

Whenever vocals play a role for him, they are underlaid with powerful FX. DMP Tunes' new album Xanadu is full of club hymns that are just waiting to fill the dance floors with sound when they open again.

The purchase of the Yamaha HX-1 synthesizer sparked the willingness to experiment in DMP Tunes, which has since created real universes of sound.

And you can also hear this willingness to experiment on the album.

Reality is a strong track that is briefly underlaid with a slightly psychedelic vocals sample and also lives through its sound design, which shoots powerfully.

That DMP Tunes is a true artist who never tires of taking his audience into new worlds.

He is currently on the verge of completing his fifth album Searching For Serenity, which will contain 9 additional tracks.

Therefore! Turn it up and go! Here you have a fantastic composer and sound tinkerer!

The ever-consistent and prolific DMP Tunes is the recording alias of Daivid Petitjean.

Lately, he has seen his talent rewarded with serious label interest and contract offers on the table so exciting times ahead.

Meanwhile, he has dropped Reality, a joyously loud and fluid slice of Trance leaning into Euro House with some of my favourite synth and drum sounds surrounded by ambient effects.

It gallops through a series of shifts in mood and style, all at the same fast tempo.

From the album Xanadu it’s another reminder of David’s talent for turning out irresistibly choooonful club anthems.

This would fill floors across Ibiza if lockdown were lifted.

The Soundcloud page for DMP Tunes is a tad confusing and I am still not entirely sure whether they are a band, a label, a collective, or a single producer!

But what I do know is they sent in the track Dreams from the album Ludum Vitae and it has a Robert Miles meets Paul Van Dyk vibe but with sufficient state-of-the-art sounds to bring it back into 2020.

As it builds and the classic Euro-Synths, briefly wash over the piano, it is both nostalgic and fresh.

If we weren’t in lockdown this could be tearing up dancefloors all summer.
